For those wishing to enter Bhutan via road can do it from India. There are three main entrance points from India to Bhutan as follows:
- Phuntsholing: Located at south western region of Bhutan, Phuntsholing connects with Indian state of West Bengal.
- 2. Gelephu: Located at South central region of Bhutan, Gelephu connects with Indian state of West Bengal.
- Samdrup Jongkhar: Located at South eastern region of Bhutan, Samdrup Jongkhar connects with Indian state of Assam.
Currently Bhutan has only one international airport located at Paro and two airlines, Drukair and Bhutan airlines.
